Prices:

Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are subject to change without notice until booked, and secured with a deposit and you have received a confirmation letter from Quayside LUXURY Apartments

How to Book:

Reservations can be made on-line at www.quaysideapartments.co.nz or by calling +64 7 3060466. For further information please contact Quayside LUXURY Apartments office or reservations desk direct.
All bookings are to be secured by deposit with a current credit card.  We accept Mastercard, Amex and Visa.  The person making the booking and securing with a credit card MUST: be one of the staying guests.
Photo ID will be required upon arrival, to prevent credit card fraud.
We may require a deposit to secure your accommodation which is one night or 25% of the tariff, whichever is greater.  This is to be done at time of booking.
No booking is guaranteed unless the deposit has been paid.
Guests are responsible for the whole period booked.
We reserve the right to charge a $25 fee for changing booking dates from those originally booked.  When a change is made the tariff will equal or be greater than the original tariff depending on the new length of stay, the season and the apartment booked.

Quayside LUXURY Apartments Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in time: after 14:00 (2pm)
Check-out time: prior to 10:00 (10am)
Minimum lengths of stays apply during special events periods.
Quayside LUXURY Apartments are strictly NON SMOKING.

Quayside LUXURY Apartments maximum rooming configuration for all apartments are as follows:

1 Bedroom = 2 persons
2 Bedrooms= 4 persons
3 Bedrooms = 6 persons

Pre-Authorisation:

A credit card authorisation (pre-auth) will be asked for at time of check in and will be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to)
Telephone charges
Any breakages or damage incurred during your stay.
Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning, due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.
Additional requested servicing charges
We pre-authorise all credit cards upon arrival.  Please note this process validates the presented credit card, and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents.

Servicing:

Quayside LUXURY Apartments are self service (i.e. we do not offer a daily cleaning service)
However we do provide the following:-
Stays of 4-6 days: Change towels
Stays of 7 days or longer: Clean and linen change

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation within 2 days of arrival and for bookings over public holidays will incur 1 days accomodation or 10% penalty, whichever is greater. All other cancellations will incur a 10% penalty of total booking. No refund for early departure.
ALL REFUNDS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE QUAYSIDE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT.
LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE – NO REFUND.
In the case where a refund is due, we will ONLY and STRICTLY refund to the original card from which the deposit was paid/taken.  There is NO EXCEPTION to this.
IMPORTANT! – YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR ACCOMMODATION AND HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM QUAYSIDE APARTMENTS.

Noise

For your comfort and that of all our guests, Quayside have a strict NO excessive noise NO party policy.

Descriptions are based on information available at the time of publishing and may vary or change at any time.  Maps and photographs are shown for general information only and highlight places in surrounding areas.  Property photographs are representative only, actual apartments occupied may vary in decor and inclusions from those shown.

Travel Insurance:

We recommend that, at time of booking, you consider purchasing a travel insurance policy of your choice.  Travel insurance can be purchased from any travel agent.
